yet they can not connect without the update, is this what they mean by perfect circle? Complete and utter dissatisfaction all the way around.

@SpaceXStarlink It took 14 days to resolve my issue, I would only receive answers after 10 pm each nite. Each night a different person would suggest the same thing, without reading the previous comments, it was horrible, stressful and just plain wrong. No number to call,

never the same person, horrible. I have 3 kits and only hooked 1 up, yet starlink has been charging me for 2 years on 2 accounts unopened, now it turns out the dishes can not be connected because they need a software update, that they can not download with out being connected,
