@hmaevilla I made 3 websites in total because they tend to get bogged down.
The other 2 are,

I am so glad to see people sharing that
Forgot to post (or I might have...so many @FLDEO problems to keep track of): There's a monetary determination in my Inbox for a couple of days now. Clicking on it gets a HARD error ("unexpected technical issue" which we software folks know is an unhandled exception) EVERY time.
UNEMPLOYMENT
“I heard the phone rustle, voices in the background, and a moment of quick panic, sheer rush of adrenaline like a steep forward drop on a roller coaster, and the phone cut off.”
Another call center horror story ⬇️ @FCN2go
@DavidJonesTV@FLDEO My cares act payments have just STOPPED. People are getting lump sum backpay and mine just stopped coming almost 5 weeks owed. They arent coming with regular UI payments, june will be the end of me without those payments, I cant afford anymore april and may did me in....HELPPP
@NewsGuyGreg@AnnaForFlorida@GovRonDeSantis@FLDEO
Since Satter said he was "unaware of anyone who hadn't been paid" retro benefits (which kinda raises the question what is the back date request for?), today makes 20 days since my back date request was put in.
@NewsGuyGreg@FLDEO This is terrible. It's not helping anything. I was logged on and the minute you try to do something you are knocked off. I've heard similar things from my coworkers trying to claim weeks. Starting tomorrow I think you need to begin entering work searches too.
(Dis)CONNECT: Why are so many seeing errors trying to log into FL unemployment system? @FLDEO Spox told me there is a cap, limiting number (how many?) of concurrent users.
It’s meant to help people get in, claim their weeks, and get out, quicker and more easily...
Well today was awesome, thanks to all of the improvements to connect, I was able to spend 11 hours trying to get past the first page. I'm so thankful that @GovRonDeSantis and @FLDEO made it run so much better and it's even cooler that rent is due Monday and I'm sure they found a
To be clear: This wasn't the whole case. Just a temporary injunction. Bigger case/claim against the state still at play.
But this could've amped up the pressure specifically with regards to people who their money *now*.
My mom (@pamsteib) received an email from @FLDEO yesterday with an invitation to apply for Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC).
My mom passed away last year. If this is some kind of a sick joke, I'm not laughing. 😐
I started filing on 3/22 & am still Pending.
@DavidJonesTV No payments since filing March 13th.
I'm actually marked "eligible", have a monetary determination....nothing requested in my inbox...yet NO PAYMENTS.
It's shameful!
Over one million paper applications sent by unemployed Floridians unable to access CONNECT were stored in a tractor trailer located outside @FLDEO, a former contracted call center employee just testified.
The judge needs to get on that website and try their chat feature. It is useless. How can he dismiss that evidence? This judge is frustrating. We are here suffering, this is an endless hell.
We knew this of course, but perhaps not the brazen extent. It's pretty clear that @FLDEO/@GovRonDeSantis have been running a scam on #floridaunemploymentbenefits claimants, putting a LOT of resources into trying to look good & touting THAT effort as if it were for paying claims.
In closing...
Judge Cooper: What do you want me to do if DEO does not do what you want me to order them to do?
Attorney Kitchen: What they did to Deloitte when they rolled this out with problems. Fine them $15K/day.
