@DavonteTheBrave Long story short - unhappiness, Not enough support, Work politics and too much work for one person to realistically give 100% to. It was hard to feel like I was half assing for families because I had so much to do. It didn’t feel like serving families or doing social work

Do what you love, but know when you’re burnt out ~ and don’t be afraid to take a break and leave for a little to get yourself back to baseline.

Don’t be a wounded helper - not good for anyone, especially the families you’re serving.
