@Rogers should be ashamed to be considered a leader in a space, charging what they charge, and falling so short of basic customer service standards. I’ll never do business with them again, even if it’s half the price of their competitors, at least I can actually reach them!

@Rogers doesn’t give the option for a callback like so many other companies do, and then don’t give you the ability to do things like an account switch online so you’re told to call in, only to not be able to get through for WEEKS. It’s been over a month so far!

@Rogers has the absolute WORST customer service that I’ve ever experienced from any service I’ve ever had to deal with. You literally cannot get anyone on the phone no matter what time of day you call. The service just tells you they are busy and hangs up on you.

@PresChoice Glad to hear it’s not discontinued at least. I travel across Canada and I look for it in multiple cities in multiple provinces, primarily at the real Canadian super store. I’d say 5-7% out of the times I go it’s in stock.
