Goodmorning ,Goodafternoon,Goodevening from all over the world.
I watched kidney failure take my dad from us, and honestly, the thought of walking the same path terrifies me. 💔
I don’t want my story to end the way his did.
I won’t lie many nights, I’m afraid to close my eyes because I don’t know if I’ll live to see tomorrow. 😭
I’m doing everything I can to get my kidney transplant.
Please help me raise the remaining amount. Every contribution, every repost, brings me closer to the life I’m praying for. 🙏❤️

Goodmorning my X Family.
These aren’t just pictures. They are memories of some of the hardest moments of my life. 💔👇
And honestly, I don’t want to go back there.
I used to have sleepless nights. I was on oxygen 24 hours a day. I was literally paying to breathe, and the bill was so high. Even after discharge, before my body could adjust, I would spend the whole night sitting upright because lying flat made it difficult to breathe. I had orthopnea, and sometimes all I wanted was to simply lie down and sleep normally. 💔🥹
Those moments taught me something I had taken for granted for so long. Be grateful when you can breathe normally.🙏🏽
We wake up, breathe freely, walk, sleep flat, laugh and live without thinking about it. Yet these are privileges from God that we often don’t realise are priceless until they are taken away.
I have fought so hard to keep going, even on days when my body and my heart were exhausted. I’m still holding onto hope because I believe there is a life beyond dialysis, hospital beds and oxygen machines. ❤️
Please continue standing with me until I reach my transplant goal😢🥹.
Contribute if you can. Repost if you can’t. Share my story. Help me regain my life. 🙏🏽❤️

A KTN exposé has uncovered how Kenyan voter registration equipment and materials, including national ID cards and voter cards, are being smuggled across the Suam border into Uganda and used to register foreign nationals, including members of the Saboti, Sabaot, Bukusu and Pokot communities.
I was diagnosed with colon cancer in August 2025 & I've been in treatment. We've seen a 70% reduction of the tumour.
We still have a ways to remission. If you see this & you're able to, please help me regain my health &beat this. Nothing is too small. TIA https://t.co/NdJc0Xaru5
Good morning, good afternoon, good evening from wherever you are in the world ❤️
Your kidneys may not warn you until damage has already happened. Please avoid prolonged or inappropriate use of NSAID painkillers commonly used, such as Brufen (ibuprofen), diclofenac, piroxicam and naproxen, unless advised by a healthcare professional. Prolonged or inappropriate use can cause nephrotoxicity (kidney damage caused by medicines). 💔
As you take care of your kidneys, please remember me too. I’m still fighting for my transplant and a second chance at life. 🙏🏽❤️
Your contribution or repost could help bring me closer. 🙏🏽

Since YY has decided to show us things that Ruto has done to our country on his social media, here is a picture of Rex Masai and his parents in a mortuary.
YY has gone ahead to praise Ruto for constructing a modern market. Rex Masai was a dad like you. His daughter has no father to provide for her. Right now, you are praising the person who ordered for his murder.
I'm not sugarcoating hapa wasanii ndio nipendwe.... I'm not.
Good morning, good afternoon, good evening from all over the world ❤️
Every morning I wake up, I remind myself that I’m still fighting. Kidney failure has taken so much from me, but I’m not ready to give up on my dream of getting a transplant and having a second chance at life. 🙏🏽
My X family, if you can support my fundraiser, contribute, repost, or connect me to someone who can help, please do. Every effort brings me closer to the finish line. ❤️

I posted about an epileptic kid here who had an accident. I was raising 25k to settle the hospital bills. And said that it was a challenge for me to get the amount since it's above my paycheck. Well! I have been laid off from work due to that very tweet.

The RSF is welcome in Kenya, but not the Burundian street vendor. A militia that has killed and discriminated on the basis of ones ethnicity and race has the diplomatic red carpet rolled out for its leaders. Yet the scapegoat for a struggling economy is the Burundian street vendor.
