@sarahlostctrl I certainly wasn’t perfect with it... you get a feel for the week-ish you need to use other protection. The birth control pill is over prescribed in my opinion for period issues etc. Each to their own.

@sarahlostctrl I think it’s difficult because conversely lots of people react very badly to hormonal contraceptives so an alternative is a good thing... no? I think knowing your cycle is wonderfully empowering. I agree maybe not teenagers but I did it for over a year and it worked.
