🌟We’re honored to have @SteveNouri , Founder of @AI4Diversity at GITEX AFRICA.
He sparkled with his insightful speech about the launch of the responsible AI community chapter in Africa. “It is a significant strive towards ensuring that Africa is not just a consumer of AI, but a meaningful contributor. Together, we can ensure that AI is developed and used in a manner that respects our values, upholds our rights and benefits our societies. We are open to collaborate with all the national and international decision makers like UNESCO, and united nations who are on the forefront of enabling the humanity with the good tech for global goals.”

✨ The Responsible Generative AI panel at GITEX AFRICA sparked engaging discussions led by Mustapha Zaouini, Ahmed Aljeshi, Aurelie Jacquet, Saad Ouchkir, and Steve Nouri.
🎙️They examined the critical importance of developing and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly and ethically, addressing issues of bias, transparency, and accountability as per Mustapha’s words, “As African we need to participate and I don't think we should be worried about some open letters and making them a controversial statement here. From wherever, at the end of the day, it's our choice to be a consumer or to be a creator. It's our choice to be participating. It's an amazing amazing opportunity for all of us. It comes from education. It comes from principles come from regulation, it comes from corporates participating. So and really from an African perspective, I think from Morocco to South Africa , It's up to us to generate this movement. To collaborate to create that future together.”

Retweet if you agree. Everyone who doesn't retweet disagrees and dislikes cats, books and chocolate.
The problem isn't Facebook. Nor is it the failure of the media industry to innovate. The problem isn't Murdoch or Australia's botched regulation. The problem is that all the information in the world is disseminated by two huge advertising companies https://t.co/MniQSJQbv3
