Don't announce the platform and then hold everyone before the barriers saying we can't go onto the quite empty platforms as the overhead cables powering the trains are generally dangerous so they can't let us through.

Seriously dangerous situation at Euston tonight - displaying platforms then holding people preventing them onto platforms by closing all barriers. Arriving passengers could not get off platforms and we have nowhere to go.
