Each time Alberta has established an Electoral Boundaries Commission to redraw election maps the government has accepted the commission’s majority report, so I was surprised and disappointed to learn that a committee of MLAs has instead been tasked with creating a new map. /1

@SusieBdds @lln_txs @stephlrgrs As a long time curler, touching the granite part of the rock with a finger tip during delivery has no effect on the outcome of where the rock stops. A curling stone is normally 38 to 44 pounds of granite. The length of a curling sheet is about 150 ft.
