@liamsiviter @chuckie79 @MartinSLewis Only certain people got offered the 5.1% rate. You had to have done certain things by certain times without knowing at the time to be offered the extra rate. It's not a rate open to everyone.

@SamsungUK I had a chat yesterday wa customer service representative who couldn't give me a firm yes or know if it was being delivered today and generally didn't care. I mean surely they knew 24 hours before. I shouldn't have to waste hours of my time chasing you. You should be letting 1/2

@ealingMPS you should really teach your officers the highway code. Shouting at cyclists for riding on a narrow piece of road from a moving vehicle, causing a distraction to us and trying to put us in a dangerous place on a narrow road so they could squeeze passed 1/2
