Now if you save THIS link, you will get the SPY heatmap oriented on Price*Volume = Turnover for the day.
https://t.co/s1nXLKPRuF
Updated every 1 minute, it shows you where the largest amount of money (institutional flow) is travelling today.
It is not subdivided by sector. It's straight-up showing your through which SPY stock tickers the most money is flowing in and out of today.
In the settings, I turn off company logo and switch the value output to the turnover value in order to get this exact view. These settings don't save with the weblink.
Now your view is in the billions and millions of institutional dollars flowing through today's market.
Updated every minute.
On the webpage, you can zoom in to see the smaller names if you need to.
This is all you need to do to make millions in the stock market. Save this. Screenshot it. You will need it.
1. VIX above 35: buy aggressively
- High-beta tech, growth, small caps
- Every single time the VIX spiked above 35 since 2018 was a generational buying opportunity. COVID bottom. Oct 2022 bottom. Tariff crash. If you bought when everyone else was panicking, you made a fortune.
2. VIX 25 to 35: start scaling in
- Quality tech, financials, industrials, cyclicals
- This is where smart money starts building positions. Not all at once. Gradually. The fear is real but the opportunity is bigger.
3. VIX 15 to 25: hold
- Balanced: tech + defensives, dividend growers
- This is normal. Stay positioned. Don't chase, don't panic. Let your winners run.
4. VIX below 15: reduce exposure
- Rotate to: utilities, healthcare, staples, bonds
- This is when everyone is comfortable. Nobody is hedging. Nobody is worried. That's exactly when you should be.
- Every major crash in market history was preceded by the VIX sitting below 15 for weeks.
Right now the VIX is at 16. We're in the hold zone. Stay positioned but stay alert.
Bookmark this. The next time the VIX spikes above 35, don't freeze. Buy.
⚠️ Summer is here...
Which means people who spent the entire year indoors under fake light are about to blame the sun for what their lifestyle did to them.
They avoided morning light, lived under LEDs, ate industrial food, slept badly, barely sweated, and never built a real relationship with the sun. Then they fly somewhere hot and call it “getting sun.”
That is not getting sun.
That is ambush biology.
An indoor body lands exhausted, dehydrated, inflamed, wearing sunglasses, drinking alcohol, eating seed-oil fried resort food, then lies by the pool for hours under tropical UV with synthetic chemicals smeared all over the skin and no adaptation built.
Then it burns.
And somehow the conclusion is always:
The sun is dangerous.
No.
The stupidity was dangerous.
The sun did not randomly attack you.
You took a body with no rhythm, no gradual exposure, no mineral reserve, no outdoor adaptation, no solar callus, and threw it under noon UV like a punishment ritual.
That is not sunlight.
That is mismatch.
Humans were not designed to avoid the sun all year, then binge it on vacation like alcohol.
Sun exposure is supposed to be built slowly. Morning light. Gradual skin exposure. Shade. Timing. Minerals. Hydration. Real food. Rest. No burning. No panic.
The old solar callus idea was not some bro-science meme. It was a crude way of saying the body adapts to light when exposure is sane, progressive, and connected to season.
Modern people do the opposite.
They fear the sun when they need it gently.
Then abuse it when they finally get it.
They block the light through their eyes with sunglasses, block the signal through their skin with sunscreen panic, flood the body with alcohol and oxidized oils, ignore sleep, ignore minerals, ignore timing, then act shocked when the terrain cannot handle the exposure.
A lot of “sun damage” is not just sun.
It is sun meeting a broken terrain.
It is UV hitting a body that has been living like an indoor animal under artificial light, depleted food, bad fats, poor sleep, stress chemistry, and zero gradual adaptation.
That does not mean burning is good.
Burning is stupid.
But blaming the sun while ignoring the terrain is even stupider.
The sun is not the enemy.
Your relationship with it is broken.
And summer exposes it every year...

Things that are "ultra-processed":
- Plant-based meat
- Oat milk
- Protein bars
- Most cereals
- Most breads
- Most plant-based yoghurt
- Margarine
Things that are not "ultra-processed":
- Steak
- Eggs
- Butter
- Whole milk
The food that requires a factory is the food being marketed as healthy.
The food that requires a knife is being framed as the problem.
Things you should know about soy-based infant formula:
- Soy protein isolate, produced by alkaline extraction followed by acid precipitation in industrial plants
- Glucose syrup (often corn-derived) as the primary carbohydrate
- Mandatory inclusion of refined seed oils (sunflower, soybean, palm) to mimic the fat profile of breast milk
- Synthetic DHA and ARA extracted with hexane in pharmaceutical facilities
- Phytoestrogens at levels that give infants the equivalent oestrogenic exposure of three to five birth control pills daily
The endocrine effects of dosing a developing infant with that load are still being "studied" forty years in.
The alternatives:
- Breast milk
- Whole-fat dairy from grass-fed cows
- Goat's milk, used for centuries when mothers couldn't breastfeed
The formula industry built its empire selling soy as the modern, scientific choice. The mothers were told it was responsible.
The infants did not have a say.
Goat farmers in Devon could feed every soy-formula infant in the country with milk indistinguishable from formula in every meaningful nutritional metric, minus the seed oils, minus the phytoestrogens, minus the hexane.
Nobody asked them. Nobody intends to.
⚠️Every time I say:
eat real food
get sunlight
sleep properly
move daily
drink mineralized water
stop swallowing half the wellness aisle
the same objections show up.
“That’s not practical.”
“The food isn’t real anymore.”
“What about cold climates?”
“They block the sun.”
“Older people can’t do that.”
“I don’t own a farm.”
I get it...
Modern life is compromised.
The soil is weaker.
The food supply is damaged.
The light environment is broken.
The water is stripped.
The air is questionable.
People are stressed, indoors, overworked and tired.
That’s the point...
I’m not saying move into a cave and live like a monk.
I’m saying stop using modern damage as an excuse to surrender completely.
You may not have perfect food.
But you can still choose steak over cereal.
Eggs over protein bars.
Fruit over candy.
Potatoes over chips.
Homemade meals over delivery slop.
Mineral water over soda.
You may not live in perfect sunlight.
But you can still get outside early.
Expose your eyes to natural light.
Walk in daylight.
Use darkness better at night.
Stop blasting your face with screens until 1am.
You may not control the sky.
But you can control whether you live like a sealed indoor mammal under fake light all day.
You may not have a farm.
But you can still stop eating things that need a marketing department to explain why they’re “healthy.”
This is not about purity.
Purity is another trap.
This is about direction.
Less artificial.
More natural.
Less interference.
More signal.
Less outsourcing.
More ownership.
The modern world made health harder.
No argument.
But that doesn’t mean the answer is to give up and start treating pills, powders, injections and protocols like the foundation.
They are not the foundation.
They are interventions.
The foundation is still the basics nobody can patent:
real food
sunlight
sleep
movement
clean water
human connection
calm nervous system
Will everyone execute it perfectly?
No.
Who cares.
Start where you are.
Better is still better.
Cleaner is still cleaner.
More sunlight is still better than none.
One homemade meal is still better than another processed one.
A daily walk is still better than another hour rotting in a chair.
Going to bed earlier is still better than doom-scrolling until your nervous system is cooked.
The people demanding a perfect natural life before they accept basic principles are missing the point.
Nature is not an aesthetic.
It’s the operating system.
Even in a broken world, the body still responds when you remove noise and give it better signals.
That’s not fantasy.
That’s biology...
⚠️I’m about to propose something absolutely revolutionary…
Ready?
Don’t take anything.
No drugs.
No supplements.
No peptides.
No stacks.
Just:
Eat real food you make yourself
Get sunlight early
Fix your sleep timing
Take 30min out of your day for only yourself and relax (no scrolling, no TV, no YouTube videos)
Drink properly mineralized water
Move your body every day
That’s it.
No protocol.
No optimization plan.
No “biohack.”
And watch what happens:
People get uncomfortable.
“No… but, but, but what should I take?”
Nothing.
That’s the point.
You’ve been trained to believe:
Health = inputs
Pills
Powders
Injections
But most people don’t have an input deficiency.
They have an interference problem.
Too much noise
Too many levers
Too much overriding
So when you remove all that…
the system actually starts working again.
That’s the part no one wants to hear.
Because you can’t sell it...
Try that for 30 days.
Then tell me what you still need...
Fast cars, money, sports, bodies… like that’s the whole goal.
I chased pieces of that. It gets old fast.
What ACTUALLY holds up is way simpler:
Waking up with REAL relentless energy.
Being present with your people.
Tan, clear headed, playful, nature-driven.
Not needing constant stimulation to feel okay.
Building a business that supports the greater good.
Taking care of your body, your woman, your circle.
Being someone people can rely on without you announcing it.
Most guys are performing. Few are grounded.
You can have money, status, all of it… and still feel drained.
If your nervous system is fried and your life is empty, what are you REALLY winning?
That’s the part nobody talks about. DM me REWILD to hop on a call with me to talk real support with 1-1 coaching. Nutrition. Fitness. Lifestyle. Mindset. Business.
FEELING LIKE THE MAN YOU TRULY WANT TO BE.
NIKOLA TESLA SAID "3-6-9 IS THE KEY TO THE UNIVERSE."
I tested it for 90 days on 500 people.
What happened will reshape how you manifest forever.
Here's the REAL 369 method nobody's teaching:
In 1900, John D. Rockefeller controlled approximately 90 percent of all petroleum refining in the United States. He was, by some calculations, the richest private individual who had ever lived.
He had a problem. Scientists were discovering that compounds derived from coal tar, a petroleum byproduct, could be used as synthetic medicines. Aspirin, derived from coal tar, had been launched by Bayer in 1899. The petroleum waste stream Rockefeller had previously had to dispose of could now be sold back to the public as medicine at a markup of roughly 10,000 percent.
He had another problem. American medicine in 1900 was a competitive ecosystem of homeopaths, herbalists, naturopaths, osteopaths, midwives, and traditional doctors who used food, plants, water, and lifestyle as the primary tools of healing. Approximately half of all American medical schools taught some form of natural or alternative medicine.
Rockefeller bought into the German pharmaceutical industry, eventually taking a substantial stake in IG Farben, the conglomerate that included Bayer, BASF, and Hoechst. He then commissioned a report.
The report was written by Abraham Flexner, an educator with no medical training, funded by the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations, and published in 1910. It declared that natural and alternative medical schools were unscientific quackery. It recommended the closure of more than half of all American medical schools and the standardisation of the rest around medicine based on synthetic patented drugs.
Congress acted. Half of American medical schools closed within a decade. The remainder accepted Rockefeller and Carnegie funding on the condition that their curricula be reorganised around pharmaceutical treatment. Nutrition was removed. Herbal medicine was removed. Lifestyle intervention was removed. The doctor's job was redefined: diagnose the symptom, prescribe the drug.
The drugs were petroleum-derived. The petroleum was supplied by Rockefeller-controlled refineries. The medical schools were funded by Rockefeller. The journals were funded by Rockefeller. The AMA was supported by Rockefeller. The hospitals were funded by Rockefeller.
By 1925, the American medical system was a vertically integrated extension of the petroleum industry, operating under the marketing slogan that it was scientific.
This is the system that exists today.
The pharmaceutical industry generates approximately $1.5 trillion in annual revenue. The American population, 4 percent of the global total, consumes approximately 50 percent of all pharmaceuticals manufactured.
The system was not designed to make people healthy. The system was designed to manage symptoms in a way that produces lifetime customers. A healthy patient is a former customer. A managed patient, who takes the pill every day for the rest of their life, is an annuity.
The objective has always been to keep you in that profitable corridor between healthy and dead.
Long enough to keep buying. Not so well that you stop.
The doctor who advises you to fix your metabolism by changing your diet is, from the point of view of the system that trained him, a defective product. The doctor who prescribes you a statin, a metformin, an antidepressant, and a blood pressure medication for life is performing exactly as designed.
The system was designed by an oil baron who needed to sell the waste products of his refineries.
It still functions, 116 years after the Flexner Report, exactly the way he designed it.
You are the customer.
The corridor is where you live.

☀️They told you the sun is dangerous...
Cover your skin.
Block your eyes.
Avoid exposure.
Now look around.
People are:
"Vitamin D" deficient (more on this in another post)
Circadian rhythm disrupted
Skin issues everywhere
Eyes glued to screens
Sleep wrecked
And somehow the problem is still… the sun?
Your skin isn’t just for protection.
It’s a light interface.
Your eyes aren’t just for vision.
They’re a timing system.
Sunlight doesn’t just “hit” you.
It informs your biology.
Hormones
Sleep cycles
Energy production
Mood
All regulated through light.
Remove that signal…
and the system drifts.
Then we try to replace it with:
Pills
Supplements
Artificial light
Protocols
Trying to recreate what was already built in.
The sun isn’t the enemy.
It’s one of the most important inputs you have.
And most people are living completely disconnected from it...
Everything I said about oysters applies to mussels.
Filter feeders. Bioconcentration. Whatever is in the water ends up in the tissue.
Mussels are actually somewhat better tolerated because they're often farmed in rope systems in relatively clean water and are frequently cooked, which addresses the norovirus problem.
But they are still concentration devices. They accumulate microplastics at measurable rates. Studies on mussels from UK coastal waters have found plastics in the tissue of commercially sold product.
You are eating microplastics.
This is not a hypothetical. This is measured. A 2017 study from the University of Hull found an average of 70 microplastic particles per 100g of UK mussels.
The mussels in white wine sauce are very good. I understand the appeal.
70 particles of plastic per 100g is also real.
Both things can coexist. The question is whether you want to know.
The potato discourse has gotten out of hand. Let's do this properly.
What people think the potato is:
- A staple food that sustained civilisations
- Rich in vitamins and minerals
- A complete, satisfying whole food
- Proof you can thrive on plants alone
- The humble hero of the working-class diet
What the potato actually is:
- A starchy underground storage organ designed by the plant to survive winter: not to feed you
- Protected by glycoalkaloids, natural pesticides concentrated in the skin, sprouts, and green flesh
- A food you're instructed to peel specifically because part of it is mildly toxic
- High on the glycaemic index: drives insulin as effectively as table sugar once digested
- Nutritionally modest: some C, some potassium, no complete protein, no fat-soluble vitamins, nothing the meat it used to accompany wasn't already providing
- The food of last resort that defined subsistence, not flourishing: adopted by European peasants because it was cheap, calorie-dense, and hard to tax
- Famous for sustaining the Irish: until the one crop failed, and then it killed them in their hundreds of thousands, which is what happens when a food system narrows to a single low-nutrient staple
The "you can live on potatoes" claim requires milk to make it even partially true. The milk is doing the work. The potato is providing the calories. These are not the same thing.
Deep-fried in seed oil: you have added oxidised linoleic acid and a compound (acrylamide) the WHO calls a probable carcinogen, to a food that was already doing nothing special.
The potato is not bad. The potato is fine. The potato has simply been given the mythology of a hero for doing the job of a backup plan.
⚠️ At some point you realize something uncomfortable:
Big Pharma and Big Wellness aren’t opposites.
They’re mirrors.
One sells drugs.
The other sells supplements.
One wears lab coats.
The other wears athleisure.
Both operate on the same premise:
You are broken.
You need something external to fix you.
Different products.
Same dependency model.
Pharma suppresses symptoms.
Wellness “balances” them.
Pharma uses prescriptions.
Wellness uses protocols.
Pharma creates patients.
Wellness creates customers.
Neither asks the real question:
Why is the system failing in the first place?
Environment
Light
Food quality
Minerals
Stress load
Signal disruption
Those don’t sell well.
So instead, we get:
More inputs.
More stacking.
More tracking.
More control.
And somehow… less health.
The real shift happening right now isn’t anti-pharma or pro-wellness.
It’s people stepping outside both.
Fewer inputs.
Cleaner signals.
Stronger terrain.
That’s where things actually start to change...
The government is not going to incriminate itself, which means we will never receive a complete or honest account of what happened with Epstein.
What we see instead is a controlled release of information, fragments that keep the public engaged but never fully informed. It becomes a cycle of anticipation, outrage, and disappointment that keeps people emotionally invested while very little actually changes.
This dynamic can start to feel like a humiliation ritual for the public, something that slowly erodes hope and replaces it with cynicism and despair.
At the same time, these media cycles consume enormous amounts of attention. They pull people deeper into the spectacle while larger decisions and policies continue moving forward behind the scenes.
The sooner you recognize how these information cycles work, the easier it becomes to step back from the programming and reclaim your focus. Take back your attention and claim freedom over your mind.
