Latest brewday - Wild Blackberry Blackberry Saison - is now on Youtube! My friends and I in Washington decided to walk down our street and pick all the blackberries we could find. It ended up being 6.5 lbs!

This recipe is where it all began! This is the beer that inspired me to keep brewing and eventually release my beers commercially. So here we are now officially releasing the Blossom Tonic Saison and you can find it this Friday at @pilotprojectchi in Chicago.

2-row, vienna, and caramel malts give this ale its burnt-like color while Centennial and Columbus hops bring the balance we so need in our lives. Enjoy BURN OUT at @pilotprojectchi this Friday!
- The Brewery Formerly Known as #FloraBrewing
Tastes like two weeks notice, sleeping until noon, and throwing your phone in a river.
BURN OUT Imperial Red Ale will be available at @pilotprojectchi in Chicago starting May 12!
Next time you’re reeling from a meeting that should have been an email, grab a burn out and imagine living on a peaceful 19th-century farm where sheep are leisurely grazing and you don’t even have a telegraph. Don’t stay too long though, or you’ll end up in prohibition.
@WIbeerbaron@brewerytravels@AzadiBrewing Oh no sorry! What day were you there? We have cans their as of this past weekend. Hope you’re all able to try the beers soon. 🍻
