I‘m happy to announce that my scientific paper:
„Serbia‘s Passivization Policy Towards the Albanian Minority: How Southern Serbia is being Turned Ethnically Serbian“…
…has been published by Max Planck Institute for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity.
It looks like a big win for the democratic opposition in Poland which will be a major positive turn for Europe as a whole… Bravo Poland

Poles go to the polls on Sunday.
The ruling party has run the most dishonest campaign since 1989, twisting rules, funding and media in its favor.
The opposition can still win, if all their supporters vote, and if all votes are counted.

Across the Western Balkans ethnic minorities, including Roma, Ashkali, and Balkan Egyptians, face regular social and institutional discrimination in employment, education, and other essential areas, where harsh political rhetoric against ethnic minorities damages prospects for social integration.

In Serbia, we are concerned about the disproportionate enforcement of residency requirements against ethnic Albanians, many of whom have been stripped of their citizenship and access to essential services based on an often-specious determination that they have abandoned their primary residence.
Encouraging news for 🇦🇱 in 🇷🇸.
Brussels is wrestling with a series of proposals designed to put some of the city’s most controversial monuments in historical context — or eliminate them altogether.

🇽🇰Kosovo is considered a safe country to organize peaceful protests for any minority group, 🇷🇸Vucic‘s Serbia is not.
Based on the announcement, we can also see that civil society groups from 🇦🇱Albania will join the upcoming protest in Prishtina. This is something new indeed.
What we know so far:
The protest is partially organized by ethnic 🇦🇱Albanians from 🇷🇸who have been ‚passivized’ & thereafter refused state IDs by the Serbian authorities.
At least, this group had no other choice but to protest in Prishtina.
Without IDs, they can neither travel to Presheva, nor Belgrade to protest.
Well, okay. Everyone has a right to protest. But why in Prishtina? Why not in Preševo or in Belgrade? I bet the Kosova government is aware of their situation…
Breaking:
🇦🇱Albanians from Presevo Valley will be marching and protesting against Serbia’s aggressive policies and targeting of ethnic Albanians in 🇷🇸Serbia.
The protests will take place on October 23rd in Pristina.
I am being told that more protests will follow.

@SwissEmbassyBlg@Dardha93 It would have been a great gesture if you had paid a visit to munc. of Medvegje too.
As you know, Mr. Ambassador, thousands of Albanians of Medvegje have seen their addresses deleted in recent years. They can neither vote, nor renew their IDs.
Polish election thread:
1. The national post office distributed this leaflet, "Your Referendum Vote," to everyone in Poland. An acquaintance got it yesterday. Main headline: "IT'S ALREADY AN INVASION, THEY ARE SAILING HERE!" Photo is of African refugees on the Mediterranean
"State capture" is a clean, formal phrase that describes a messy, ugly process. In Poland, the ruling party has been trying to complete it for eight years. No election held under those conditions is fair https://t.co/MS2LFypCAe
Activist Aida Ćorović has been officially convicted by a court for disturbing public order in 🇷🇸.
Her crime?
She threw eggs at a mural glorifying Ratko Mladić—the butcher of Bosnia—who has been sentenced to life imprisonment after being convicted of genocide.
