@LouStagner He’s earned the right to do this based on the totality of his career and achievements. Should he at 63 be able to do it is a different story. Simple fix, set age limits on these exemption rules. If he plays his way in, then age restrictions don’t apply.
@JoePops_ This is the worse rule in football. We can debate whether he had position or not all day long. I don’t care about that. But please it should never be, EVER, a touchback and position turned over to the other team. Stupid rule!
@Danthfc_ Again, I guess we will just ignore the obvious trip on Barzal seconds before that wasn’t called. The game ended as it should have. Islanders win.
@Danthfc_ Can we talk about the obvious trip on barzel about 3 seconds prior to this play that was missed. I say the end result was appropriate. Islanders win.
If you own a Home Services business and you’re pricing by the hour STOP.
In home services there is a pricing paradox that occurs when quoting a job for a customer.
Customers want the work performed to high quality standards and also done in a timely manner.
Often as quickly as possible.
Signaling that they value time.
However, the second a plumber, electrician, HVAC contractor, etc gets the work done in less time that the customer anticipated, they have a problem with the price.
Assuming they should be charged less because it took less time.
That’s now how things work.
You’re paying for experience and craftsmanship not an hourly rate.
Contractors should be incentivized to maximize adding value to their customers. Not drag things out (or cut corners) because they need to hit a labor target.
You’re holding back your talented team who could get the job done more efficiently if they were incentivized properly.
You’re also backing yourself into a corner with customers by anchoring them with a labor allowance.
Price by the job not the hour.
@Eldricks_hoes Obviously the first one. If you’re paying anything per month, you should not be hustling for a tee time. The course condition is an issue. The ability to play shouldn’t be
