We talk a lot about managing agents. Let’s talk about how an agent manages a B2B sale.
Not just processing an order, writing an email, or following rules. How does it grow an account?
How does it read the customer? How does it tell the difference between an objection and a genuine lack of interest? How does it spot potential that isn’t recorded in any CRM? How does it know when to push, when to back off, when to change the offer, or when a commercial exception makes sense?

We can give it pricing, margins, stock, payment history, credit risk, rules, and hundreds of other parameters. But every customer brings new context, signals, and exceptions.

At some point, the question stops being how much we can parameterize and becomes: how much human judgment do we need to recreate for the agent to do the job we wanted to delegate?

consolidate instead of removing things. dots could live inside work, with limited access for plus users so more people can actually try it.
images and sites could live inside projects as outputs of a project instead of feeling like separate products. Fewer places to go, same or more capabilities

If you actually care about ChatGPT, you criticize it when something sucks. That’s how the product keeps getting pushed forward instead of getting comfortable and stagnating.
