👉Cette fois, c'est lancé ! La 28e conférence des Nations unies sur le changement climatique s'est ouverte ce 30 novembre à Dubaï, aux Émirats arabes unis. Et l'Afrique sera au cœur des débats.

👉Érosion côtière, insécurité alimentaire, réfugiés climatiques… Le continent, qui n’est responsable que de 4% des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, est aussi celui où les effets du dérèglement climatique sont les plus catastrophiques.
