Tough to omit 2025 Florida, who had the most difficult seed path to a national championship since 93 UNC and went 36-4 in the best conference in the history of the KenPom data base.

Is it too early to say you got to fire Jon Scheyer? 2 years in a row!!! Worst collapses in the history of the sport! Duke is filled with losers now! Choke artists! Guys who canโt win! Loserville! Bums! Choke Artists! SOFT!
When you hear about shooting variance, it's almost always about 3-point shooting. But what about 2-point luck or variance?
There may not be a better example of that than Iowa's upset over Florida.
Florida has one of the best 2-point defenses in the country and Iowa consistently finished through very good vertical contests.
As @johngasaway noted, Iowaโs 70% two-point shooting was the highest number by any UF opponent in four years.
In my opinion, this should have resulted in an ejection on Iowa. Just because someone plans a crime, but is unsuccessful, are they let go?
This is a clear strike attempt, with a closed fist. I think the rulebook would support an ejection here imo.
