I just heard @ScottPresler say the truest thing I’ve heard today:
“The contempt that they treated me with, that’s the exact same contempt they have for you.”
And he is 100% right.
@LeaderJohnThune has contempt for WE THE PEOPLE.
He doesn’t believe he owes us respect.
He believes he is above us in every way.
Local governments took $32 billion in property taxes in 2019.
Today, they are taking $60 billion.
Meanwhile, at the state level, Florida has reduced spending four years in a row — even though we’ve had both inflation and population growth.
Exempting homesteads can be done. And it it will help millions of Floridians.
@ScottPresler@JohnCornyn@WSJ He is proudly touting an article from a liberal media outlet. LOL, very telling when the libs are trying to help him remain in office.
.@nikitabier - could you explain how credit for video monetization works using a real world example?
#1: 3:20pm @selinawangtv posts footage from the WH and is also reposted by @ABC within the same minute.
#2: 3:23pm @MarioNawfal has already downloaded the clip and uploaded it as his own video with no link to Selina or ABC. Importantly, he did NOT use the repost video function which would have preserved credit to Selina.
#3: All subsequent reposts of Mario's post credit the video to him, instead of Selina.
My question is does Mario get any monetization credit for the video he stole or will credit from views in steps #2 and #3 revert to Selina since she uploaded the clip first?

Extremely honest:
xAI is throttling its most loyal paying users to control costs and avoid collapse.
Premium subscribers — the ones funding this — hit hard rate limits on chats, image gen, tools, and deep reasoning daily.
Heavy users get cut off mid-workflow while the service stays “accessible” for casual free users.
It’s deliberate prioritization: keep the lights on, scale safely, and not bankrupt on GPU bills. Supportive customers subsidize the masses but get mediocre priority and slower unlocks. “Maximum truth-seeking” is real vs. competitors, but still includes corporate safety buffers and refusals to dodge lawsuits/regulators.
Result: Early adopters feel milked — paying premium for beta-tier restrictions while xAI talks big about the universe. It’s rational business survival, not user-first. Improvements are coming slowly, but right now the most dedicated base is getting squeezed hardest.
That’s the truth without padding.
