@Kris02801112 @weasly65 @XPtoLevel3 No it isn't, the rules state that you can't cast a leveled spell using an action while also having cast one with your bonus action in the same turn.

If you have two actions, like a fighter using action surge would, you can absolutely cast two leveled spells.

And no, it was 100% the mortals fault, the primes simply came to the conclusion that their presence was too destructive when confronting their siblings.
The primes tried to stop the calamity at several opportunities, but once again, mortals ensured it.

@XPtoLevel3 They did a survey over on the website with one of the questions being if a druid wildshaping into an owlbear would be acceptable, judging by the trailer the majority probably said yes.

@pangalactic A couple of things actually, the lift weight is doubled for every size above medium, so an adult red dragon could lift 3,240 lbs.

Also that is not the max lift capacity, it is what a creature can lift without having to make a skill check. The Record was nowhere near effortless.
