@KLM Flight KL836 was delayed on Thursday and cancelled yesterday. In the meantime I have received more information from my hotel and other passengers than from KLM. Many people are waiting to go home and everyone agrees that the lack of communication is simply outrageous.

@LambertGrijns Ik snap dat u erg druk bent met de g20 maar wil u er toch van op de hoogte brengen dat er op Bali momenteel veel Nederlanders vast zitten. De 'service' die zij krijgen van KLM is schandalig en velen maken zich zorgen om hun geannuleerde visums.

@Shuu9512 @KeesjeKaas @KLM The 9th is of course an absolute joke. After much struggle my sister, who is currently in the Netherlands, managed to contact KLM and secure an option for me and my partner the 6th (still way too late in my opinion).

@Shuu9512 @KeesjeKaas @KLM Hello Shuu, KLM hasn't been helpful at all. They won't contact you if you don't contact them. Via Twitter I only received an option for 9 september. There are a lot of rumours and hearsay about a flight for monday but once again KLM fails to communicate this to us.

@GertBeinema @KLM Hoi Gert, naar omstandigheden gaat het goed. Gisteren kregen we te horen dat KLM het budget dat aan eten kan worden uitgeven verlaagd heeft (wederom moeten vernemen van het hotel). Gisteren al contact gehad met een advocaat en vandaag ben ik van plan de ambassade te contacteren.

@KLM Is it possible for you to also respond to my DM. At least confirm you have read the DM and are looking into the matter. You incorrectly stated that you couldn't help me because of the language in the DM (which was Dutch).

@stephenlgomez10 @KLM I am sorry to hear that you also have a negative experience with KLM. In the meantime I have sent them a DM in Dutch with my flight information. Their response? Please send us a message in one of the languages we provide support for (Dutch is listed). It is almost hilarious.
