@KLM Return flight cancelled from Bali to UK back in September, was stranded abroad without any communication from the airline, had to arrange our own way back to the UK. Raised a case to claim compensation shortly after. (1)

@KLM I finally got through to someone who booked me a replacement flight back 3 days after my first flight got cancelled. Some people probably haven’t been in contact with you, you should contact the people that had their flights cancelled. We shouldn’t have to chase up ourselves
