@Shredit your customer service is DEPLORABLE! One of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. Cancelling services as soon as you get back to me, but if it works like your pick ups, then it'll be sometime next year most likely.

@theRCLblog So maybe i am in the minority, but I like getting a slip. Allows me to add tip since gratuity is not added on "free" drinks. Also I have never had a problem with using or not using a voucher, just simply tell bar staff how you wish to cover the expense.

@PaulMinor4real Just had this happen to us. 3 hours before we were supposed to pick up. Had to drive 45 minutes to get another one. They did spot me 100 miles and refunded my reservation fee.
