The horrible nurse practitioner at Chincoteague medical center was prescribing medication except jardiance & Pepcid ac for multiple tick borne diseases & refused to give me blood tests saying @Aetna refused these tests. Once the nurse practitioner found out I had alpha gal they dropped me like a pile of garbage, never prescribed doxycycline, & @Aetna has protected this behavior even deceiving me while protecting this incompetent behavior. So my own information @Aetna is refusing to provide me with.

They have said in the past that they’re getting me this info & then stall another month at a time while they spin the answers. This has happened now several times. They also flat out ignore your phone calls & when you call their general number you have to wait for the case manager to get back with you. Then they spin.

Now they will ignore me while I have important medical issues to deal with where you can’t get appointments without referrals even when I pay 100% out of pocket but @Aetna road blocking me from these appointments even trying to cancel them after being made. Cold hearted

@Aetna I filed a grievance report on a nurse practitioner that you guys pushed me too. I let you @Aetna know about the incompetence in this grievance report & there’s no disputing the blatantly obvious negligence but @Aetna refuses to give me information like they said they would after they looked into my grievance with the medical facility. Now @Aetna has stonewalled me from getting anything done & the case manager is just delaying on purpose any advancement with my health situation. My question to you @Aetna is do you train your employees to stall or spin you through a system of purposeful misleading & deceitful tactics to delay or stall people getting answers to ridiculously obvious concerns they have with medical treatment you’re pushing on them. Has this employee & the last every employee I’ve ever spoke with at @Aetna gone rogue to stall on their own or are they trained to bs you. Is this a systemic principle of @Aetna to treat the customer with such disdain to save a buck or two or divulge deceptive tactics on consumer.

If the rural center I went to was incredibly negligent & caused me to get incredibly sick in a tortuous way & you guys were pushing them on me while they said @Aetna said no to blood tests & obvious tests for malnutrition & vitamin deficiencies & tick borne diseases then we get healthcare giant companies like @Aetna that are in cahoots with these negligent health facilities & protecting the negligent nurse practitioners from the actual customer who is with @Aetna.

After years of pathetic healthcare from @Aetna where they didn’t allow tests for tick borne illnesses I finally got some help from outside infectious disease doctor & started taking doxycycline & some other strong antibiotics for Rocky Mountain spotted fever & gained 40lbs in a little over a month & as soon as I was getting better @Aetna once again is denying me any relevant healthcare to my actual problem & forcing me to go to the rural clinic where they know nothing about my sickness & try to force medication that @Aetna makes money off of even when it makes you dangerously sick. @Aetna is putting me through tortuous medical behavior by incompetent medical professionals that just push their medicines & do no actual blood testing. I have already filed grievances & @Aetna knows of their incredibly incompetent behavior but still pushes you to the facilities that misdiagnosed you for years. Not only did this rural health center misdiagnose myself but now they’ve done the same thing to other members of my family that have now tested for Rocky Mountain spotted fever that have had symptoms forever. @Lowes hired a proxy flooring company to take off any responsibility for them possibly using workers without workers compensation insurance. We couldn’t even communicate in English asking questions about our flooring job to the workers on site & @Lowes response has been to ignore our concerns about the way they left the job unfinished & incorrectly.

From what contractors have told us is that there could be a whistleblower reward when you report bad business practices. So if @Lowes is sending workers to a lot of their jobs without workers compensation insurance & hiring proxy contractors to take any responsibility away from them but still profiting from these jobs what does this mean. Our family did business with @Lowes purchasing a porcelain tile floor from them & we had issues with it & @Lowes has refused to call us back because we asked if the people who installed the floor had workers compensation insurance. They have told us repeatedly now 4 times that a manager from installation services phone number would call us back and for months now they don’t call back. They left the toilet uninstalled and the people who installed the floor mixed the thinset & grout inside & it was left like a blizzard of dust in the room. They screwed up the centering of the job & we simply asked @Lowes to not be held responsible for improperly installing the toilet & @Lowes has just ignored us. We waited for months & couldn’t even use the room but realized @Lowes wasn’t going to do anything.

Over 8k dollars on a floor & this is the treatment you get from @Lowes

How can @Lowes get away without providing information about whether the people installing the floor have workers compensation insurance because when we asked the people installing the floors they never spoke English & just ignored us.
