@FluorideAction This is very disturbing since there isn't a single study showing that fluoridation at 0.7 mg/L in drinking water prevents dental decay. Not one study. Even the fluoridation cessation studies are based on the old range that was 43% higher.

The @EPA's being forced by Judge Chen in the #FluorideLawsuit to re-examine its #fluoride in drinking water policy: EPA said it needed to do its own review rejecting plaintiff's Dr. Grandjean's but didn't have "the resources".

Judge:

-The case is in abeyance.

-Will keep open evidence for new studies / NTP.

-Plaintiffs should re-submit a new petition to EPA whether they will review it or not. Judge will monitor.

-Still chance for more testimony later.
