@TUIUK I have applied for a refund and was rejected. I would like to make a full complaint to the out of travel team, as I was not given an explanation to why nor was I offered vouchers. I want an email address please.
I am so disappointed by the @Iamsterdam card company. I bought this card for 100 euros and I thought it would give me discounts and free entry to many museums and place to visit in Amsterdam, to then learn its a complete lie. It was absolutely a waste of money.

@TUIUK But I should not have to seen third party advice. I should not have to go elsewhere to flight for me to get a refund. @TUIUK should give it to me. I am their customer not a third party customer. Its a joke and reckless. You don't care about your customers and their wellbeing.
I am absolutely angry about the way I have been treated by @TUIUK I was due to go on holiday, but due to medical reasons, I was unable to go. @TUIUK has refused twice to give me a refund. They did not even offer me vouchers or a change of date of travel. All of my savings gone.
@TUIUK Yes, absolutely I did. They came back with a 3rd email with a no to a refund. They didn't even offer vouchers or a change of date. Absolutely no other choices. It's discussing to think a big airline like @TUIUK can do that to their loyal customers.
@kcranebda@TUIUK Absolutely they did take my money. I am so disappointed to be treated like this by a well known airline @TUIUK they did me real bad. I have no trust in them now.
