@Ldn_Ambulance 1/3 I have to say that your triage system is totally not fit for purpose and needs to be sorted out as soon as possible. I will be raising an official complaint about the service today, including waiting over an hour and a half in a position I could not move from

2/3 I have a dislocated hip. Firstly I am told not to move unless I have to. Then told to get myself to hospital, which is physically not possible. Finally spoke to someone who has said I definitely do need an ambulance and now have to wait until they arrive.

@AmazonUK when you promise a customer that a delivery driver will not come again after seating and taking my package away. I don’t expect him to finally deliver my package 3 days later harassing me and threatening behaviour! I am disgusted and still waiting for a phone call!
