Stance holds are HUGE. Holding positions for time at each spot. It’s hard to teach a skill when you’re in a rush to load it for no good reason.

If you are an athlete, you should be sprinting most days per week. Do not run long distances in an effort to “build your cardio.” You’re training your body to be slow. Competition is fast. Train that way. Train to be explosive! Go outside. Warm up. Run fast, hard, and with intent

Failing to hold people ACCOUNTABLE is like pouring liquid into a leaky bucket. You can pour all your blood, sweat, and tears into your team but they're just going to drain away if you don't plug the ACCOUNTABILITY holes.

Very few sports, if any, are won by the athletes who can jog really slowly for long periods of time...
It’s the fast, explosive athletes who dominate/win!
Athletes need to train to be fast and explosive, not to be able to run really slowly for long periods of time!

The same athlete who wants a "special program" is the same athlete who is not even showing up. Very strange.
How do you get better when you don't even show up?
And, most of all, Why do some athletes believe in the fads & gimmicks, yet lack the WORK?
