I got a call from a Hyderabad-based landline today.
He: On behalf of HSBC, we are offering add-on cards
Me: I don't know whether I hold an add-on card or not. So, I don't want to apply.
He: I will call you back sir.
Again received call after around 2 hours.
He: I've sent you details on WhatsApp.
Me: Bank doesn't talk to customers on WhatsApp how can you?
He: We are authorised to use WhatsApp. You have 1 add-on card. You can further apply for 2 more. Pl send me details for application on WhatsApp.
Disconnected call.
Me: 🥹🥹🥹 Totally shocked after seeing WhatsApp 🥹🥹🥹
He has sent screenshot containing the following details of my PRIMARY & ADD-ON CARDS
