@finarts4@LNER@TPExpressTrains I’m in a similar position. I live down south and my family are up north, due to circumstances I could visit lots, but can’t really plan. So it’s always like this! It makes me sick!
@AlexJJNorris Sorry but at this point you lot are just blind stupid or ignorant. There’s literally no other option. Do you think most people are concerned about the hotels? Or the people in them and the cost to keep them. You’re all just taking the piss out of the public at this point.
@IngrameThomas@Ryanair Yehh so it’s your job to be at the gate on time. If you’re not you don’t get on. The flight deck have to complete lots of paperwork to ensure the plane can take off safely. It’s not easy to just open the door and let them on.
@walker_mar19459@British_Airways@KemiBadenoch Who sends “a child who is travelling on her own with no support” to the airport on a flight. Would you put them on a train or ferry? To be honest if you’re the parent or guardian, I think you should look after your child better! 🤣 I hope you’ve gone to get them 🤣
@tom_watson Ohh shut up! It’s not royal mails fault that Labour won on a massive majority, then decided, instead of listening to the electorate, you’d ignore the people and make stuff worse. What really is appallingly insensitive is LABOUR. (Ex member here).
@MichaelPayneUK That may well be true. He won by a massive majority. The problem is, the day after he was elected, he changed his mind on so many things. Essentially he lost the trust of people. And the majority of the uk are being ignored. That could be his problem.
@Excellentsalvic I don’t like Islam. I don’t really like any religion. But the one which seems to be the most incompatible with western values is Islam.
@ZackPolanski@elonmusk Is it acceptable to say, I DONT LIKE ISLAM. I don’t agree with any of its cultures, or beliefs. I don’t like it. It’s also ok to say in my humble opinion that Islam is not compatible with western culture. That said I have no problem with Muslim people. Just their beliefs.
@berretrix@biltontowers Exactly that. When I’m on the bus or train I naturally put my bag on the seat. Usually I’m conscious but I sometimes just forget. Like most People if someone said “do you mind if I sit there” I’d be mortified apologise and probably have a chat or a little natter. That’s gone now.
@KaCaatje@biltontowers For gods sake it’s called being polite. It usually gets you what you want, a little easier. Grow up you snowflake. If you go around being rude to people it usually makes them not want to interact with you. Back to my original point of human interaction.
@MikeBales I’m gay. I hate pride. And if you met me, you wouldn’t know or think I was gay at all. Honestly I grew up in a place, not too accepting of gay people. The action is a choice, but the thoughts and feelings aren’t. I’m happy with who I am, but I didn’t chose this.
