@rationalwalk Perhaps true in the absence of scalable tools that allow bad actors to manipulate sentiment and normalise uncivil behaviour, but without the bots and troll farms reined perhaps not true. Our fellow citizens are not the primary source of the erosion of civility in the town square.

Willing to concede the species possibly, but seems to me the old growth has the pinkish hue of Doug Fir vs. the amber tone of Longleaf pine. Brian’s slant remains misleading.
