@Eddiefelson2019@MetamateDaz My work is from all over the world so bit hard to not be remove.
You have not actual argument against remote working so you try to “insult people”. Real smart
@Eddiefelson2019@MetamateDaz So…
You expect me to waste hours each time to drive to an office to see people I don’t like… and I’m supposed to pay for the privilege?
Why I can get more done at home and enjoy time with my wife? And run my own business at the same time?
Which I know I’d like more.
@MetamateDaz Very shocked at the comments here.
WFH is the future of office work and so many people here are actually arguing against it.
Don’t they want work home balance?
Don’t they want to save of petrol costs?
Don’t they want to save time?
Don’t they want to have a choice how they work
@Eddiefelson2019@MetamateDaz It’s nothing to do with Covid. I’ve been WFH before Covid happened and still do the work.
I don’t get why people think we can’t have a work home balance these days.
@TechExec777@MetamateDaz Honest question here…
How is someone who has proves they can work from home, not be allowed to work from home?
I’ve been WFH for 10yr+ and will never go back to the office so people saying “I’ll fire them” to me just means “we don’t want better talent”
Just set up the SIPP on @Trading212. Transferred over a very old work pension of around £6000, and trying out how this SIPP goes again my other one on II.
First buy was $FTWG. 500 shares at £3,350.
The other £2,650 is something I’m still working on.
@BillWiIdin@sonoranshyguy 2am? If you’re having to work in an office at 2am you have no work home balance. You get in at 8am and leave at 5pm. You are not paid to work any extra
@BillWiIdin Crazy. Been WFH for years. I do my 9-5, run my own business, and have a work home balance.
Why should I waste time going to an office to work with idiots? Better at home.
@starmerstie Because 50k a year is pennies.
Plus people’s situations can change. All pensions are in the stock market. You could have an amazing portfolio and then it all crashes out
@THemingford As a business owner I disagree.
Why would I pay someone who has zero experience £23 an hour?
£12.71 is too high tbh. When I first started work minimum wage was around £10.50 an hour and that was liveable.
@ku_bhatia@Simon_Ingari I’m fine with them thinking I’m rude. Tbh even when im in the office I’ll always tell people “No” and avoid the social aspect.
Just isn’t for me. I’m happy in my own little world
@GrindeOptions Yet another blind trumpist who can’t see that he is a war criminal. He will lose the midterms, be impeached and then fact war crime charges.
He was given permission to start this war.
