There is a long tradition in the USA of using mental health labels as insults and then there is a backlash. Locally we had a social service agency called "Association for Retarded Citizens" but because of all the negative usage for 'retarded" they had to change their name to "The ARC of the Ozarks."

driscoll is a joke. He gets tossed out of every church he starts. He is so toxic he even attacks his own side (a few years back he was in my city for some Christian mens event and attacked the sword swallowing entertainer as too gay but said nothing about a real tank driving thru the church).
