Each passenger can check in up to 15 pieces of checked baggage and each piece of baggage must weigh less than 32kg as it is subject to occupational health and safety requirements. Please proceed to make a report at the Lost and Found Office at the arrival airport. You will need to complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) Form. For delayed baggage, the arriving station will contact you once the baggage is found. If we are unable to locate the bag within 14 days of arrival, it will be deemed as lost and you may proceed to submit a lost baggage claim through the Baggage Claims Portal (https://t.co/nduqJLMnW9).

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about that. Kindly be informed that according to the respective country entry regulations; all visitors must present a passport with at least six months validity on the date of travel, and all required travel documents to enter the countries based on your destination.
