@UberEats we ordered food. Our driver (Dorysella?) picked it up from papa johns and then cancelled the order and stole the food. Another driver tried to pick up & papa johns said sorry it’s already been picked up. An hour later We got no notification. @grubhub want our business??

@DriverBrisbane @UberEats @Grubhub Our issue was more with the customer support person who did nothing. Just kept saying it was canceled. We were the ones who called papa johns and found out the driver kept the food. We asked to speak with supervisor. She said there wasn’t one. Didn’t offer anything to help.
