@SuddenWidow A friend recently asked me if, after 2+ years, it was still heavy. I’ve found that it is heavy, but it’s now a load that I feel I can manage long term, rather than the crushing weight it was at the beginning. Be patient with yourself.

@stilehorse I keep kosher at home, and it’s both/and (spiritual and annoying) some days it informs my decisions and actions, and others, it makes me nuts. That’s sort of the point of observance for me, it’s a practice, even when it’s not smooth.
