Juneteenth marks the emancipation of enslaved African Americans—a day of freedom and reflection. But recent federal actions threaten its recognition. We must elect leaders who honor our history and protect progress. Juneteenth must remain a pillar of justice and unity.
This Juneteenth, I’m inspired by the work of our @ObamaFoundation leaders and alumni. Read their reflections on this day, and the ways they are transforming their communities for the better.

I've walked many miles in these shoes, meeting incredible people along the way. Every step was worth it because I got to know you, #AZCD1. Thank you for sharing your stories and concerns. It is this collaboration that will win us the seat this year.
Congratulations @DrAmishShah on your primary win!
Arizonans want leaders who go to Washington and fight for them every day—not for special interests. It’s time to give this campaign our all and flip Arizona’s 1st Congressional District!
Congratulations @DrAmishShah on becoming the CD1 Democrat Nominee! This race was the hardest yet, but 7 years later and you still have never lost. Proud of you and all your hard work!! Bring on Schweikert.
A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful friends and family for being with me last night as the counting started. Your steadfast support from the very beginning means more than I can put into words. We're looking forward to seeing the final results.

@Diego4Justice Real strong "values" talk coming from the Twitter porn guy. Sit down and stop trying to sound like an authority on values.

@Diego4Justice @RedhedNona If you mined his social media for dirt and this was the best you could do it really feels like a desperate attempt to paint someone as racist. But please tell me more about his history of racism, I'd love to learn more.
@Diego4Justice I actually remember this event. It was some sort of booth. Someone thought it'd be funny to throw this hat on Shah and take a picture and post it to Facebook. Wasn't even his hat or idea and took it right off afterwards. Context matters.
