@McVities is the nutritional information misprinted? The front does not match the back.

@virginmedia Hi, please can you explain how an outage can last this long, from 22/10/25 to potentially 31/10/25. I have emailed Mr Lutz Shueler as an outage of this length just seems ridiculous and prospective Virgin customers should be aware of this.

[Fo @Fo_786]

@virginmedia how is a 6 day total loss of service acceptable in this day and age.
Surely you should be putting all efforts into resolving this including out of hours work.
Virgin Media Outage Update - Description:

[Fo @Fo_786]

@virginmedia Ok so what exactly has happened to cause this outage across a postcode? Are customers affected automatically compensated for the outage?

[Fo @Fo_786]

@virginmedia Sorry but you been saying this since 22/10 and updates keep mentioning an engineer is on the way. The latest fix date of 27/10 seems to suggest that they will take the weekend off. 6 day outage on any network is ridiculous

[Fo @Fo_786]

@CofreshSnacks this has never happened before but purchased a multipack of your Eat Real brand from Sainsburys, 1 pack was not opened but had nothing in, the other only had about 5 pieces. Something fishy going on at your factory I think.

[Fo @Fo_786]

@SkyHelpTeam your online chat is a massive waste of time. Why have an option to discuss cancellations when they are unable to discuss when an active cancellation is pending? What is the point of going through all the checks just to be told this. It takes forever to get anywhere.

[Fo @Fo_786]

@virginmedia you can seem a bit more bothered to retain a customer once they tell you that they wish to cancel. Lacklustre attitude to retention. You should do more to retain existing customers rather than entirely focussing on driving new business.

Twice @holland_barrett have promised next day delivery but failed to deliver. Selling out of stock items???

[Fo @Fo_786]

@TeamKnowhowUK Hi Nathan, following now!

[Fo @Fo_786]

@OFLoakfurniture please can someone acknowledge my emails. When submitting queries online, you do not even provide an email confirming receipt of the query.

Although delivered on time by @DPD_UK, I’m quite disappointed & annoyed to find my @Bodybuildingcom order in a mess when the parcel was unpacked. 1/2 the protein powder spilled out. #ProteinLoss

[Fo @Fo_786]

@SkyUK do not seem too concerned that internet has been out for almost 2 weeks. Support is basic and reluctant to send an Openreach engineer. Totally oblivious to the devices people have hooked up to the internet and how It can affect safety and security!!

[Fo @Fo_786]

@DFS need to change order from 3 seater to 2 seater sofa, less than 24 hours since order, phones unreachable. Is this possible?

[Fo @Fo_786]

@HarveysHQ Odds are you won’t get this for xmas, in my opinion and from my experience, truly shambolic company with horrific customer service

[Fo @Fo_786]

So @HarveysHQ have our order in the warehouse, won’t deliver for 3 weeks despite ordering the items in May with 84 day lead time. #useless
