@UPS_UK No response to the appalling driving. Cut across 2 lanes. Narrowly missing us !! Perhaps if he wasn’t playing with his phone it could have been avoided. Missing his turning, he could have just gone to next roundabout, Next time it could be fatal driving a vehicle of that size.

15:59 has just swerved across the front of our car, looked like he was playing on phone or sat nav!!! Not concentrating and possibly nearly missed his turn.
@debwatkins8@nsandihelp Only taken 2 years but i finally got access a few weeks ago. 2 lovely (older sounding) gentlemen sorted it all out on a Sunday afternoon. Gobsmacked I actually got staff that wanted to help get it sorted and were polite and helpful. I did think I phoned the wrong company
@nsandihelp Your customer service is shocking! I’m now 18 months in and still no access and your advisors give the impression they can’t be bothered to help. Takes 35/40 minutes to get through as it is. Some of us don’t have that time to keep calling and waiting for unhelpful operatives
@RoyalMailHelp have pm you yesterday and today regarding the attempted delivery on Sunday that actually wasn’t attempted. Supposed to be redelivered yesterday again nothing turns up. Assume today but nope it’s got to super hub 🤷🏼♀️ I needed this parcel asap. #badcustomerservice
@DunelmUK Thank you. Customer service have sent a replacement however I’ve just had notification it’s coming via same method @DHLParcelUK so likely same driver, so will be returned once received, for a refund so I can purchase from another shop.
@johnlewishelp She also stated that it didn’t matter who I spoke to, it would always be passed to her as she is the case manager.
I would like to know how I can take this further as I am not happy after being a long standing loyal customer of John Lewis
@johnlewishelp absolutely gobsmacked when calling customer services about a fault that has developed in my bed and was told that as it was just over 12 months old it’s out of warranty and when I said about consumer rights she said it wasn’t covered! A little short of £4000 spent
@johnlewishelp The partner has stated she will ask manufacturers if they will replace the part but I will likely have to pay for parts and I should be grateful she used out of process good will gesture to pay for furniture technician . Unbelievable after spending a large sum of money
@johnlewishelp I had a 2nd call with this same partner yesterday. Wow! Absolutely shocked at her customer service skills or distinct lack of. The furniture care person who came to try and rectify the issues, couldn’t and stated a manufacturing defect. He also forgot to put a bracket back on
