@altontowers had tickets for mini golf booked for 18 holes. We went and was like 60 people on the first hole, the guy in the booth said we can change the date on the ticket if explain what happened and gave me an email address. Noone replied for about 3 weeks now after 4 emails

@TheRAC_UK phoned to take out EU breakdown cover, got told my policy was expired after confirming details twice. Got told system pulled another person up? When and got a quote and was told its over £200 for a car 6 years old because too old but the reg plate reflected 2012?

@cineworld I have a reward for free upgrade to 4dx which have to use by 14th, would this be extended as don’t need to see the other 4dx screenings?

[Chris O @Focus_W999]

@TheRAC_UK @TheAA_UK @GreenFlagUK Looks like you want to ignore other factors such as not recovering, offering me “onward travel” which paid extra for or tow me to garage. I was told that a sub would be with me at 4am in the middle of Macclesfield country road. Its ok to threat to close the complaint or take £25?

[Chris O @Focus_W999]

@TheRAC_UK broke down at 6 weeks ago and wrote a complaint. Broke down in middle of no where, had to wait 4 hours no rescue told noone to sub contract to and could be 4am until recovered. Spoke to complaint team and basically lying saying they were busy. Not what i was told….

[Chris O @Focus_W999]

@TheRAC_UK so in all you didn’t rescue me. Didn’t help diagnose or fix the issue or take me to garage and now you are fobbing the complaint off. @theaa_uk @GreenFlagUK probably come your way.

[Chris O @Focus_W999]

He gave me a number of a guy he knows who can come out with a call out charge to look. Refused to even look at wheel sensor error. Local garage looked at it the next morning and was split wire. RAC could of noticed this if he took wheel off above sensor. Lazy all around.
