For the uninitiated, I have a special needs teenager and while I do work for a living, I was out of work for about a month and a half due to medical issues pertaining to both me and my child, back to back.

My child’s mother is alive but not present in my kid’s life. It is solely me. So while I work 60+ hours a week, being out of work for that long and trying to catch back up on bills in an already tight economy with a special needs kid is far from ideal.

It’s why, despite certain differences, I have a special affinity for Andrew Wilson fathering fatherless children and Jesus and Whatnot speaking out in defense of his brother. These situations are near to my heart because I particularly understand how difficult they can be and the responsibility it entails.

Someone recommended earlier to pray, and I have done that, and will continue to do so. I am trying to contact people in my real life for assistance as well as organizations, although the ladder is difficult to accomplish in any meaningful sense during the weekend. A groyper has recommended plasma donations. I know nothing about what this entails, but I will check it out tonight when my kid is asleep.

If anyone would be willing to donate to my page, it would be greatly appreciated. So many have already helped out to varying degrees, both in prayer and donations, and for that I thank them but also God.
