@ruffydfire This is based on random sampling. The outcome depends on where the data was collected and the size of the sample relative to the total voting population. The survey results should be broken down into the smallest possible data segments before any conclusions are drawn.
@ruffydfire Virtually all the media houses kept amplifying this by repeatedly emphasizing Trump's words. The insensitivity in our daily media reporting is so constant that they don’t know what this is causing. The attackers have finally proven that there are genocide & kidnapping of Christians

@ruffydfire This was my concern when the budget was presented—especially with Trump possibly returning as U.S. President and encouraging more drilling, which could lower prices. Still, we should ask what production volume the budget assumed; higher output might offset price drops.
@ruffydfire The growth during President Obasanjo's administration stemmed from lifted sanctions and telecommunications companies entering the country. For instance, MTN claims to contribute about 7% to Nigeria’s GDP.

“I just went by one of the places that you vote — you don't go in to vote. You pull up in your car. They bring the machine out to your car. They push the buttons for you”
“They were all Democrats. — There was no Republicans there.”
“What is going on, America? What the hell is happening in our country right now with our elections?”
@ShehuSani There is an existing database for civil servants. This will help in ensuring the rice gets to those who will not rebag and sell. In addition, pressure on the markets will be reduced because those visiting to buy will be lesser. This is far better than giving them to the governors
@Rotankwot There are lot of WhatsApp groups abroad that transact Fx from naira to $ and vice versa daily in the US, UK, CA etc. This started when CBN came up with # for $ policy. The unfortunate thing is that $ equivalent of the transactions does not reflect in Nigeria's economy.Huge Volume
@renoomokri Prices were applied at a rate that suits the seller and naira is exchange locally throught their bank accounts in Nigeria without the dollar reaching there. I can tell you millions of dollars are exchanged with this method on daily basis.
@renoomokri Diaspora remittance contributed largely to this. CBN made a policy at a time that whoever sent naira would receive naira equivalent at offical rate. This actually lead to alot of BDC platforms in Canada,US,UK etc, where people would source for who needed # in exchange for $ and £
@mabziz Era of relying on mineral resources as source of GDP is gone. It is easy to turn things around within shortest possible time; earnest the best brains to go into coding and AI. This is what Silicon Valley does. I know for sure we have the brains; but do we have insightful leaders?
@ProfOsinbajo There should more focus on the microeconomy sir, this is what will effectively trickle down to the masses. Imagine 1000 contractors with projects btw #5m to #15m being owed by Fed. ministry of housing for 2yrs. These are SMEs being killed (I am an example).People are losing jobs.
@abati1990@abatimedia Where was he when Dino was invited & he disobeyed? Now that he is acting movie, many lawyers are now speaking. Sheu Sanni was also invited but he showed up & got released on self recognition. No body is above the law. Let's focus on the remaining 200m-1 people left in Nigeria.
