@Meldysue @ThrillaRilla369 I’ve owned full service restaurants for 20+ years, 20% is the median and has been since the early 2000’s. I can see 15% being acceptable for short service such as a coffee shop/car wash etc….however most of our guests tip 20% to 25% for their service that extends over an hour.
