@Justdan_74@Timmysofine I don't believe that at all. I live in the country so I don't have close neighbors, but my son has moved into neighborhoods and his next door neighbors, twice, were black and he is white. Nicest people I ever met. Invited him to cookouts. The majority of people are good.
@GaraGaraGula He spent as much on the individual chocolate milk and whipped creme as he would have spent on the ice cream. And, the original is melting in the car in a grocery bag.
@majestymasculin Even if you are not rich, you still have to wonder if they are with you because of what you can give them or if they truly love you. Shit, you see it on here all the time, women going on first dates with guys ordering food for their kids.
@saylordocs Wait until you find out that a lot of billionaires pay nothing because their money comes from capital gains and social security is derived from earned income. :0
@SAFCPaddy It is a pretty simple concept really. The large majority of billionaires are billionaires because the own significant portions of large corporations that they built. In order to TAKE that money from them, you force them to sell their portion of the company. It isn't cash on hand.
@ennui365 Dumbest damn comparison I ever read. The fictional person, he had $10k in cash every day. Every day. Musk doesn't. He has stock in COMPANIES that are worth that amount. For it to become cash, he has to sell his ownership stake in those companies.
@LibOrNormal You can umbrella both wings and flats. For flats, pick an end. You stand it up, put one end against the tray, use your fingers to push the meat down the bone, the just pop it in your mouth like a lollipop.
@DarinnFarley@pmcafrica Nobody is wasting time. That is like stating a chef wastes time prepping food before he cooks it. You have to diagnose the issue. Different vehicles have different mounts. You have to find what is broken, not just throw shit at a wall. The OP was about the time taken and the cost
@DarinnFarley@pmcafrica Then why complain about the price, because you have gotten more than one opinion and certainly, they quoted you on the job. Genius.
@oloverink@Out5p0ken If you look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Consumer Price Index, track it, say, the last 5 years each January, it looks like this (2020 is the baseline): 2022:+$19.56 2023:+$18.03 2024:+$9.24 2025:+$9.26 2026:+$7.58 Overall, prices did not rise as much as prev years.
@oloverink@Out5p0ken European producers cut prices on beer, wine, and liquor. It is simple economics. If tariffs raised prices, then you would see other companies come in and fill the void, countries with lower tariff rates. Existing companies have a choice, shrink or reduce profits/costs/price.
@oloverink@Out5p0ken That isn't factual. The Chinese have reduced prices on computers and electronics because US companies were sourcing elsewhere and they were losing market share. They cut prices because they have a massive surplus. China also cut apparel and fabricated metals.
