@shavingmycelery @ChrisMcL16 @mrewanmurray Why is “it’s September” your argument? That the season is so young? By that logic, the league isn’t wrapped up, can’t have it both ways
@mkamaluhega@manafi_daimu@goal They station the trophy at the favourites and then fly the trophy via helicopter to the other stadium if they are to win
It’s been 26 years since the title, top four, top six AND the relaxation battle went down to the last day of the season.
Back then, Man City were sent down despite winning on the final day whilst their city rivals won the league. 👀

@Petertheoilrig If he can replicate anything close to yesterday in remainder of season, he should be an absolute lock, that was written prior to yesterdays match and he’s one of the players my opinion changed about quite a bit

@JamieMorganProf This was written prior to yesterdays match, cracking performance yesterday shows he’s still got it, this is one that I think my opinion could change hugely on over next few matches
🗣 Summary:
Hughes will likely be looking for a decent clear out over the summer, though opinions may begin to change on certain players, Evans and Songo’o specifically after yesterday’s performances.
If nothing else, it’s shown the difference a good man manager can make.
