For those trying to fathom this cryptic message, we’ll be doing a live sorting exercise, aimed at breaking people out of trending data into understanding the stories behind it.
This exercise can be overwhelming through some people, largely through volume of items and colours.
Looking g forward to a great line up #SimplyExpo in London today.
In my session there will be an interactive exercise. At @HMRCgovuk we’re champions of accessibility, so for those who find the task challenging, through neurodivergence or any needs, I have an alternative
@richardosman thoroughly enjoying The Man Who Died Twice, but nowhere near as much as a previous borrower from @middlewich Library, who has crossed out every case of blasphemy - you’ve kept them busy 😂
@MCRMetrolink on the 7.05 from Alti and your driver’s remarkably cheery commentary and demeanour is one of the highlights of the horrors of an early commute.
An undiscovered national treasure.
Next up at 1:15 (CET) we’ll be discussing how identifying and understanding employee behavioural data is far easier and far more rewarding than you’d ever expect @IntraTeam Copenhagen
Classy customer interview by @Firstup_io who took the product out the equation and allowed M&G to tell the change story. Kudos to you, hope you get the footfall to your demo you deserve #simplyIC
@TUIUK part of a huge group on your cancelled Pathos, mainly families.
Those families have been sent to the wrong hotel, no TUI rep or communication. Can we have a contact number please for someone with an idea of what should be happening?

@sammarshall 2/2 we spend a lot of time in the day job ensuring comms is easily digestible in as few seconds as possible. This was the equivalent of a ten page PDF with no exec summary and screenshots which were illegible by a bloke who turned up two hours late for the meeting.
@sammarshall It felt, when a message should have been clear and simple about what national lockdown meant, instead they led with a flurry of stats and constant reiterating it wasn’t a cock up at every stage (albeit I appreciate it’s been an unenviable scenario they’ve cocked up in)
