@virginmedia The next steps will be @Ofcom and then consumer champions like @MartinSLewis and others --- your managers do not call back. Lies based on incomplete CRM. Inefficient complaints process. Happy to leave folks disconnected with upto 28 days commitment to resolve.
@virginmedia Yes 3 factory resets completed.. 2 last sunday based on the 30 second process and one with another operator on monday for 1minute. As I have said, I have wasted hours & days & days. I am going after Virgin Media fully for current & past issues now. Im furious and wont stop.
@virginmedia It is all internet services for the home - whether wired or wireless. There is a solid white light on the bottom right of the router. Per every call I have to make to you twice a day, after waiting 30 mins to get through - and you tell me a technician needs to come out.
