If you get a great server that does well at $15/hr, great. But human nature of "just here for a paycheck" can also happen and then poor service results. Restaurants need to look at servers more at $15/hr.

@montgoia @Murk441 Part of the concept is that if you pay them minimum wage, they will not be motivated to make the tips by providing great service.

In other words, the hourly pay is low to motivate servers to hustle and make pay via their tips.

Restaurants need to vet their servers.
