Malpractice is so blatant in IMD that senior "Scientists" r allowed to work under subordinates, unhesitatingly!

Popular/Hometown stations r run by level 13 Gr-A as officers-in-charge, while a level-6 SA has long been running MC Itanagar.

In 2017, then Secretary, MoES said, "UPSC entrants r of different CLASS", when hinted, we received same training as Gr-A of IMD, we r not promoted once in 30 years while Gr-A r in every 3-5 year!

Mindset is obvious from CLASS statement!

Two dreams of the Hon'ble PM have been shattered by the IMD admin:

None except for the Gr-A r promoted.

2) "Make in India"

A fully functional workshop in Mausam Bhawan Compound has been destroyed.

Whole concept of prediction is misconstrued!
