#signatureverification by "judges" etc is very dangerous. Most only received cursory training and there is empirical data and studies that say poorly trained are no better than 50/50. Their work should only be a screening method.

As handwriting experts, we are aware that many municipalities use poorly trained reviewers who do a cursory 1 on 1 comparison & have the final say. Try comparing to elderly voter's signature from 10-15 yrs ago

The problem arises very often with the elderly where the signature on file is 10-15 yrs old and it is not suitable for comparison. We also look for common authorship with different names.

Most “verifiers” are poorly trained and tend to over-associate. Verification software has not been validated.

@xo415 That is an excellent question I’m not really sure. There are companies out there like Document Security Systems that design secure documents . For now, I foresee a large number of rejected ballots and a lot of people’s votes not counted
