I think I’ve found the solution to politics.
And it’s terrible — because it means giving up control.
It’s not a revolution, ideology, or compromise.
It’s a system. A final one.
A pluralistic libertarian autocracy I call mechanicism.
Let me explain.
Free college tuition + on-campus daycare for mothers.
Have kids during your fertile 20s. Graduate with your degree AND your family. Enter the workforce when they start school.
The left gets free college and women's empowerment. The right gets more babies and younger mothers.
This is not well understood.
Humanoid robots don’t have far to go. Onboard planning and supervision will be handled by AGI, which will also be ASI.
By the end of 2026, robots will do most jobs far better than humans.
To fix declining birth rates, we need to focus on getting people with kids to have more, rather than trying to get people who don't have/don't want kids to become parents
Way easier to just add another kid to a household, zero taxes could be enough to tip the scales for some
The normal order of society has been inverted. It used to be that the old would sacrifice for their children and grandchildren so that civilization may continue to improve. Now the old insist on gorging themselves on the seed corn so their lifelong feast may never end, future generations be damned.
PSA to the GOP: The “35 y/o white gamer who refuses to work” isn’t the one draining the welfare system.
Statistically, that person essentially doesn’t even exist.
But guess who does exist in huge numbers, who is draining the welfare system and you’ve been too cowardly to name?
My Catholic friends and I were hanging out at a friend's place summer 2021 and were lamenting about how there weren't any Balls these days at churches
Then they were like, "Wait, why don't we try to host a ball?"
So we did,
We've put on 10 events so far and taught 1000+ Catholics how to ballroom dance
You can just do things
You won’t realize this until you’re married. But every year you spend unmarried when you’re an adult, is an utter and complete waste of time. Marriage is where your life truly begins. You hyper focus on what matters, which projects matter, which is work matters, and of course you have more time and youth to give to your children. Every vacation is sweeter and more meaningful. Every memory can be kept with confidence. Marriage is where life begins. It’s strange to put that off. Like suffocating yourself for transient things.
@deaflibertarian Your kids didnt ask to be born, you have an obligation to give them the best life possible. That can mean not giving them money when it would spoil them, but it also means helping them out when they are doing everything right and its still not enough.
Earlier today, Grok was unfortunately manipulated by adversarial prompting into saying absurdly positive things about me.
For the record, I am a fat retard 😀
